No special access issues

Never underestimate the low difficulty of most routes, especially the multi-pitching ones. Please take always all precautionary measures within your reach. Special attention must be paid to the state of the anchors (in many cases based on a simple cord), run outs, and possible falls of loose rocks. For the same reason, the use of a helmet is essential, both for climbing and belaying, and also for simply being around the climbing area. It might be possible that the route of some of them does not fully match with the original line proposed by its opening artist. Likewise, all those routes and sectors that we have considered very dangerous due to the aging condition of their equipment, have been omitted from the sketches in this topo guide.

How to get to the parking area:

From the Marina Baja: From the AP-7, take exit 64 N-332 Altea / Calpe. After the toll, continue towards N-332 Calpe / Valencia and after 4.7 km, turn right at Pueblo Mascarat. Continue all along Freu street and, after crossing a small bridge from where you can see the Mascarat bridges on the left, take the first turn on the left to Levante street. Follow this street and after 900 meters of steep uphill, you will reach the parking lot, just in front of some ´design´ houses and a few meters from the walls.

From the Marina Alta: From the AP-7, take exit 63 N-332 Teulada / Benissa / Calpe. After the toll, take the ramp on the right towards N-332 Benissa / Calpe and continue towards Calpe. Once in Calpe, stay on the N-332 and continue towards Alicante. Pass under the Alicante-Denia railway line and leave an electrical substation on the right, and 800 meters after, take the first on the right and make a U-turn towards Calpe. 250 meters back, turn right to enter the Maryvilla urbanization (direct turning from Calpe is prohibited). Follow the signs for Castellet de Calp and once you reach the last sign, you will find the parking lot at the end of the same street.

Approach:

From both car parks the access is more than obvious, since the walls and the parking lots are practically glued together.
