🚗 Arrival
From Sestri Levante, take the SS1 Aurelia heading towards Chiavari. This is the main road that runs along the entire coastline. Pass through the tunnels and continue until you reach the town sign indicating Lavagna. Turn left here and enter a road with several parking spots available on both sides.
Note: Parking in this area is subject to a fee during the summer season (from June 15th to September 15th).
🚶♂️ Sector
From the parking area, walk back towards the main road (SS1). Get on the seaside sidewalk and walk back in the direction of Sestri Levante until you reach the first tunnel. Enter the tunnel; it is initially open, but then transitions into a closed gallery for about 100 meters with a narrower sidewalk.
Keep walking until you reach a balcony overlooking the sea. Climb over this balcony. Looking toward the sea, the main climbing wall will be visible on your left (warning: if you look to the right, you will see a staircase leading to another sector, which has been omitted from this guide for safety reasons). Climb down using a fixed rope and a small metal ladder for about 2 meters, then walk for another 20 meters to reach the base of the crag.
The access is generally straightforward, but it requires careful attention in the exposed sections, especially if you are carrying a heavy backpack.
