Rocca del Manco is the westernmost of the climbing walls above Rifugio Mongioie, recognisable by its large natural opening. The climbing is mainly on multi-pitch routes, with technical slabs, compact walls, cracks and short overhangs. Several lines require sustained climbing between bolts, and some need supplementary protection. The final approach crosses steep, loose ground; this is a mountain venue requiring confidence on exposed terrain.

Rocca del Manco è la struttura più occidentale delle pareti sopra il Rifugio Mongioie, riconoscibile per la grande apertura naturale. L'arrampicata si svolge soprattutto su vie di più tiri, tra placche tecniche, muri compatti, fessure e brevi strapiombi. Diverse linee richiedono continuità tra le protezioni e alcune necessitano di integrazioni. L'ultimo tratto di avvicinamento attraversa terreno ripido e instabile: è un ambiente di montagna che richiede dimestichezza con percorsi esposti.

The modern multi-pitch routes at Rocca del Manco were developed by Manlio Motto and his climbing partners in the 1990s. Andamento Crepuscolare dates to September 1993, with Rinaldo Sartore. In 1994, Motto opened Fuga di Mezzanotte with Emanuela Lanza and Latino Americana with Sartore. Dolce Plasil was opened on 23 April 1994 with E. Lanza and A. Ariu; Cliff Climber followed on 29 May with E. Lanza. These routes established the wall's demanding style of limestone climbing.

Le moderne vie di più tiri di Rocca del Manco furono sviluppate da Manlio Motto e dai suoi compagni negli anni Novanta. Andamento Crepuscolare risale al settembre 1993, con Rinaldo Sartore.
