🚶🏻 From Cuneo, follow signs for Borgo San Dalmazzo, then Valdieri and Terme di Valdieri. Continue beyond the thermal baths along the road up the Vallone della Valletta to Pian della Casa del Re. Park at the end of the road, near the start of the trail to Rifugio Remondino. Check seasonal road access before travelling.
Take the signed footpath towards Rifugio Remondino. After about 25–30 minutes, cross the stream on the seasonal wooden bridge. At the junction shortly afterwards, follow the signs for Rifugio Remondino, leaving the Mercantour branch.
Continue uphill, cross the stream again and follow the path for roughly another ten minutes. The lower bouldering area lies among the large rocks beside the trail, mainly on the left. You do not need to reach the refuge. Allow extra time when carrying pads, and check snow and bridge conditions early in the season.
