From La Spezia, follow the signs for Porto Venere. As you drive along the coastal road, you will pass through the village of Le Grazie. Approximately 600 meters after entering the village, look for an uphill road on your right marked with a brown sign for “Palestra Rocciatori”. You will recognize the area by two tooth-shaped rock formations with the road passing between them.
Follow this uphill road, passing a large quarry on your left. At the first junction (1.5 km), keep left. Continue for another 1.6 km to a second junction and stay left again onto a slightly downhill road. After 900 meters, the road starts to ascend toward a small quarry on the right.
• Parking for Atlantide & Garimpo: Park at the second hairpin bend just before the small quarry.
• Parking for Central Sectors & Cajenna: Beyond the quarry, the road becomes rougher but remains paved and accessible to all cars. After 700 meters, there is a hairpin bend with parking spaces. It was once possible to continue driving to reach other car parks but now you have to stop here.
⚠️ WARNING: Do not park along the narrow sections of the road. Heavy vehicles and trucks accessing the high quarry pass through frequently. Use only the designated wide spaces and hairpins, parking with discretion to ensure trucks can maneuver.

🚶‍♂️ Sectors
• Atlantide: From the first car park, take the trail on the right side of the road heading downhill toward the sea. Navigate the rocky sections until you reach the fixed ropes that lead directly to the wall.
• Garimpo: Follow the ridge trail heading West. After a few meters, descend a steep and technical dirt track. Upon reaching a rock face, use the fixed rope to descend to the left edge of the sector.

• Central Sectors (Parete Centrale, etc.): From the old hairpin car park, walk 500 meters along the paved road.
• Parete Centrale: Follow the evident downhill trail from the main parking area; it runs directly along the base of the wall.
• Cava degli anelli & Miss: From the middle of Parete Centrale, take the downhill path. Cava degli anelli is 60–70 meters down. Continue past the short hiking section with a steel cable to reach Sector Miss.
• Meraviglie, Poveriera & Polveriera: Continue downhill past the Miss sector, following the hiking trails to reach these lower walls.
• Pilastro del Forte & Parete Dimenticata: Reach the far end of Parete Centrale. Go straight for the fixed rope leading to the Pilastro. A separate fixed rope descending from here leads to Parete Dimenticata.
• Cajenna: From the Parete Centrale hairpin, continue walking up the paved road to the next hairpin. Take the clear path toward Porto Venere for about 80 meters. Look for a smaller path on the right marked with a white arrow and “Cajenna”. Follow this until it becomes a short hiking trail leading to the base.
