From Tempio Pausania, follow the SS133 towards Luogosanto–Palau. After passing the junction with the SP5, turn left onto a narrow paved road, with the impressive granite mass of Monte Pulchiana already clearly visible. Continue towards the mountain until you reach a small parking area on the right at the top of the hill, near a wooden gate with information signs. A second parking area is located about 200 metres further down the road on the left.
Between the two parking areas, on the right-hand side, there is a small wooden gate marked by a cairn on the stone wall. Open and close the gate using the wooden latch, then follow the faint trail. In places the path is overgrown and can be difficult to distinguish as it traverses around the north and northeast side of Monte Pulchiana.
As you approach the wall, carefully follow the cairns, which guide you through large granite boulders and dense Mediterranean vegetation.
The routes are starting inside a shallow cave beneath a large flake, a few metres below the distinctive quartz vein that rises diagonally across the face toward the right. So if ou follow the vein you find the start
