No special access issues
Being located next to the recreational area of the Font de l'Hortet del Pobre, you must respect as much as possible the environment that surrounds you, as well as the large number of athletes and visitors who usually go through its facilities and trails.
How to get to the parking area:
From the A-7 take exit 449 (if you come from the south) or 448 (if you come from the north) CV-70 Benilloba/ N-340 Alcoi/ Universitat and follow the signs N-340 Alcoi (south). After 2.4 km, take the turnoff on the left to continue on the N-340 through the huge Fernando Reig bridge. After the bridge, you will reach a roundabout (Plaza de la Concordia) and take the 4th exit on Oliver Street following the indications CV-795 Banyeres de Mariola/ Barrio de Batoi. Follow the CV-795 for 3.3 km (you must go through a 350-meter tunnel) and take the right turn onto CV-796 Preventori. After 2.8 km you will find the parking lot on the right side of the road, just before the Mariola residence for the elderly.
Approach:
From the parking lot, take a path following the indications to Sant Cristòfol and, after crossing the recreational area, you will reach the walls.
