No special access issues
Per arrivare al parcheggio:
Proveniendo da Briga o da Sion raggiungere Raron e, alla grossa rotonda dell'uscita dell'autostrada, seguire le indicazioni per Raron/Niedergesteln.
Alla successiva rotonda, svoltare a sinistra seguendo per Niedergesteln e, poco dopo, a destra verso Gesch e poi ancora a destra imboccando la strada (Erbstrasse) che sale lungo il versante della montagna.
Dopo qualche minuto, a un bivio, girare a sinistra (cartello per Hohtenn Dorf/Hängerbrücke ecc...) e proseguire fino alla fine della strada, dove si trova il parcheggio.
Avvicinamento:
Settore A: Tornare indietro lungo l'evidente sentiero che costeggia la strada, fino a raggiungere un bivio: seguire verso destra le indicazioni per Niedergesteln/Hohtenn/Steg oltrepassando l'evidente ponte sospeso e scendendo nel canyon lungo le passerelle di metallo: dopo pochi minuti si arriva direttamente al settore.
Settore B: Superare il ponte di legno e imboccare l'evidente e comodo sentiero verso sinistra. Poco dopo, risalire il versante, sulla destra, seguendo tracce e ometti raggiungendo in breve la parete.
Settore C e D: Superare il ponte di legno e seguire la strada asfaltata oltrepassando la cancellata fino ad arrivare sotto al viadotto del treno.
Da qui, un evidente e marcato sentiero sale per ripidi tornanti per poi obliquare in costa verso sinistra e raggiungere il settore C.
Proseguire in salita verso destra per raggiungere il settore D.
Possibile anche, dal limite destro del settore B, accedere direttamente al settore C tramite una ripida scalinata in ferro.
To get to the car park:
Coming from Brig or Sion, drive to Raron and, at the large roundabout at the motorway exit, follow the signs for Raron/Niedergesteln.
At the next roundabout, turn left towards Niedergesteln and, shortly afterwards, turn right towards Gesch, then right again onto the road (Erbstrasse) which climbs up the mountainside.
After a few minutes, at a junction, turn left (signposted for Hohtenn Dorf/Hängerbrücke etc.) and continue to the end of the road, where you will find the car park.
Approach:
Sector A: Head back along the clearly marked path that runs alongside the road until you reach a junction: turn right following the signs for Niedergesteln/Hohtenn/Steg, crossing the prominent suspension bridge and descending into the canyon along the metal walkways; after a few minutes, you’ll arrive directly at the sector.
Sector B: Cross the wooden bridge and take the clear, easy path to the left. Shortly afterwards, head up the slope on the right, following tracks and cairns, and you’ll soon reach the rock face.
Sectors C and D: Cross the wooden bridge and follow the asphalted road past the gate until you arrive beneath the railway viaduct.
From here, a clear, well-marked path climbs via steep hairpin bends before cutting diagonally along the hillside to the left and leading to Sector C.
Continue uphill to the right to reach Sector D
It is also possible to access Sector C directly from the right-hand edge of Sector B via a steep iron staircase.
