No special access issues

One of the longest approaches in the Peak District helps preserve the peaceful nature of this part of Stanage. The two main parking options, both shown on the map, offer a similar walking time to the crag.

Climbing on the left-hand side of Stanage is generally unrestricted. However, during the spring and summer months, sections of the crag may be temporarily closed due to nesting birds. Notices are usually displayed at the base of the crag, clearly marking any affected areas and asking climbers to avoid them.
