From Castel del Piano, follow the SP37 towards Le Macinaie and Monte Amiata. Navigate to the parking coordinates above rather than to the crag marker.
From the parking point, take the woodland approach south towards the rocks at 42.882906, 11.579413, roughly 200 metres away. The short outcrops lie below the road. Follow the existing approach and avoid cutting new paths through the woodland.
