No special access issues
There are several ways to get to the spot. Either from Edsele or from Meåstrand. It is also possible to come from Hammarstrand but the way is a bit harder to find through all the forest roads. You can park your car right next to the different spots on the road.
There are no problems with access but during fall is the hunting season with lots of hunters in the area. Check for hunters close by, and if you hike around wear some neon visible.
Gässjön have some wind shelters and a fire place to cook or hang out at.
