No special access issues
Per arrivare al parcheggio:
Da Domodossola, sulla superstrada del Sempione, uscire a Crodo/Formazza.
Proseguire lungo la valle sempre in direzione Formazza, superando Crodo, Baceno e Premia.
Oltrepassata la frazione di Rivasco e successivamente le case di Foppiano, imboccare a destra, dopo il ponte, la strada sterrata delle cave e parcheggiare subito in un largo spiazzo sulla sinistra.
Avvicinamento:
A piedi riattraversare il ponte e imboccare una visibile traccia segnata da ometti in pietra che sale tra placche di roccia e reti paramassi.
Un ultimo tratto di sentiero ripido nel bosco porta velocemente alla falesia.
To get to the car park:
From Domodossola, on the Simplon highway, take the exit for Crodo/Formazza.
Continue along the valley toward Formazza, passing through Crodo, Baceno, and Premia.
After passing the hamlet of Rivasco and then the houses of Foppiano, turn right onto the dirt road leading to the quarries just after the bridge, and park immediately in a large clearing on the left.
Approach:
Walk back across the bridge and take a clearly visible trail marked by stone cairns that winds its way up between rock slabs and rockfall barriers.
A final steep stretch of trail through the woods quickly leads to the crag.
