History

These boulders were found in 2013. After explaining what bouldering is to an elderly gentleman he told Adnan about this place and was kind enough to show the rocks. The area was slowly developed but has gotten more attention lately (~2023).

Access is sensitive!

The boulders are close to residential areas and locals use the area for hunting and recreation. Please help us maintain good relationships and protect this beautiful climbing spot!

• Inform yourself about the dos and don’ts of "Allemansrätten" ("The Right of Public Access"). See links below for information.
• Be very careful to not hurt trees, tree plants or other sensitive vegetation.
• Keep a low profile.
• Leave no trace, please take your trash home.
• Remove tick marks and excessive chalk on holds.
• Please don't light camp fires and be very careful if you are using outdoor camping stoves. Although "Allemansrätten" grants the right to build fires under safe circumstances, it is an unnecessary danger.
• Drive carefully and park where you don't block access for other vehicles.
• Be observant of any hunting in the area. If there is hunting going on then do not climb. Avoid the area during the first weeks of elk hunting season which starts October 8.
