English- Take the path that goes up into Valle del Ferro. After a couple of minutes, before the trail cuts to the left, you can go right towards the river to find Lo Sponde del Ferro. For Grotta del Ferro, following the trail into Valle del Ferro, when you get to the first big waterfall at roughly 1,400 alt. cross the river towards the right and for about 15mins follow the cairn going uphill and diagonally towards the right. The cave is located underneath a structure with a big upside-down triangle shape.
Italiano- Prendi il sentiero che sale in Valle del Ferro. Dopo un paio di minuti, prima che il sentiero pieghi verso sinistra, puoi andare a destra in direzione del fiume per trovare Lo Sponde del Ferro.
Per la Grotta del Ferro, continua a seguire il sentiero nella Valle del Ferro; quando arrivi alla prima grande cascata, a circa 1.400 m di quota, attraversa il fiume verso destra e per circa 15 minuti segui gli ometti salendo in diagonale verso destra. La grotta si trova sotto una struttura con una grande forma a triangolo rovesciato.
