Description

Rocher de Corne-Biche
Big outspread area. But a very good one. From the parking you can reach the old black circuit in about 5-7 minutes walk and the first hill top. The main area is though around a 15-20 minutes walk away.
In Corne-Biche you can find plenty to do. There are basically 5 circuits available.
East side
Blue D+ 0-33
Orange AD 1-48
West side
Orange1 AD 1-34 (west side)
Yellow PD- 1-35 (west side)

Far west, close to pyramidale
Old black circuit AD+ (first hill)

Besides circuit problems you have both potential of new lines and a bunch of already opened ones. There are no lack of boulders in this area.
Most problems are on the south facing hill side and are of the hard sandstone, meaning fast drying, good for cold days. A few problems are though on the north side, which offers shade but also takes some time to dry up.
The area is not really stroller friendly but very children friendly.

You find about zero network coverage in the low part of the area but have a pretty good signal high up on the hills. Still recommended to download the entire guide for offline use.

Climbing has been limited!

Fontainebleau closed until July 20
Due to fire risk and dry forest conditions, ONF has closed all of Fontainebleau to the public until Monday, July 20, 6:00 AM. Parking lots and access roads are barrier-taped to keep them clear for emergency services.
Please stay out until the closure lifts — check back here for updates.

Park as shown on map and walk in using the main path. There are big paths clearly visible into the area and also visible on the map of the app. Stick to existing paths as well as possible. The most western blocks are reachable within 10 minutes and the very east side within 20 minutes from the parking. The walk is on a very straight wide road.
