Description

Coquibus Auvergne is a rather compact area close to the parking.
The area is similar to the more common areas and for being in the forest of Coquibus, it's rather busy. You might actually meet some other climbers in this area.

But that said, it's still in a nature protection area, please stick to existing paths as good as possible and keep your dog on a leash during the spring and early summer season (April - July).

There are plenty of very cool things in this area, you can find boulders from easy to extremely hard, and new ones comes every year, this area could be perfect also for climbers who want to make some first ascents..

Coquibus Auvergne

Climbing has been limited!

Fontainebleau closed until July 20
Due to fire risk and dry forest conditions, ONF has closed all of Fontainebleau to the public until Monday, July 20, 6:00 AM. Parking lots and access roads are barrier-taped to keep them clear for emergency services.
Please stay out until the closure lifts — check back here for updates.

🅿️ Park as you would for Rocher du Télégraphe, but cross the street into a forest path that takes you up the hill and directly to the Libertaire roof. From here it's easy to stick to paths to get to the boulder you want to find.

🌲Natural protection area. Stick to paths, 🐕 keep dogs on leash especially during spring and early summer (April - July). Behave and leave no traces.
