Park in the dirt lay-by on the sea side of the panoramic road, below the conspicuous reddish cave. Keep the road and entrances clear.

• 15–20 minutes on a steep path with fixed ropes.

From Orbetello, drive towards Porto Ercole and follow signs for the panoramic road. Continue beyond the town towards the south coast. Where the road narrows and the centre line disappears, look for the dirt parking area on the left, below the limestone walls on the right.
From the parking area, continue along the asphalt for about 30 metres. Take the narrow uphill path on the right, entering the Mediterranean scrub. Follow the established trail and the fixed-rope sections through the rocky gully to the base of the cliff.
Near the wall, the left branch reaches the cave; the path continuing along the base leads to the adjacent slab sectors.
