Description

Apremont Sanglier
The part of Apremont that is rather undeveloped. The area has some extremely cool lines, real GEMS already established, but one can for sure see the potential all around (vink; for the ones with an active brush!). The main area is quite dense and approach from the road parking is quite short.
Some of the lines are directly open in the sun and dries super fast. Not the most stroller friendly area and paths to the singular boulders are visible but one can see it's not the most visited area.
The Orange AD circuit has almost vanished completely, but could be re-climbed and brushed if one wants. It goes on the fast drying side of the area.

Maybe a good one for a busy weekend?

You can for sure find coverage here and there in the area but downloading the guide offline makes sense.

Go there and have fun!

And if you brush new stuff, please add them to the guide!

Apremont Sanglier / Milan

Climbing has been limited!

Fontainebleau closed until July 20
Due to fire risk and dry forest conditions, ONF has closed all of Fontainebleau to the public until Monday, July 20, 6:00 AM. Parking lots and access roads are barrier-taped to keep them clear for emergency services.
Please stay out until the closure lifts — check back here for updates.

Park either at the street D301 just before the roundabout (plenty of parking spaces on both side of the road, but respect others and park nicely!). You can also park on the bigger parking in the forest shown on map. Parking at main parking of barbizon will make the approach quite long, so it's recommendable to park on the south-east of the forest of Apremont.
Follow the recorded track and you will arrive to most rocks within 10 minutes of walking.
