Description

This is a sector of Apremont that most people don't know about. It hides some gems behind the big areas of apremont. The area is spread out and basically consists of sectors with a few rocks each. Every sector has a few Gem's. If you want some privacy on a busy day in the forêt, you can most probably find it here.

Some classics to check out would be:
Saï 7C+ (stand start 7B)
La Coquille d'Œuf 7C
Contusion 7B
Nono 7B
Le Skull 7A+
Hobby 7A
Multijeux (all of them) 6A-6B+

Because it's spread out, it's probably not the most family friendly area. Also there is no reception in some parts, so downloading topo offline is recommended.

Climbing has been limited!

Fontainebleau closed until July 20
Due to fire risk and dry forest conditions, ONF has closed all of Fontainebleau to the public until Monday, July 20, 6:00 AM. Parking lots and access roads are barrier-taped to keep them clear for emergency services.
Please stay out until the closure lifts — check back here for updates.

Park as shown, at the very beginning of the road to main parking of Apremont, just after Barbizon. You can see the big paths on the map of 27crags application and navigate easily with this to the areas. The approach is about 10-15 minutes depending on target
