Use a permitted parking space by the Tagliata beach and Torre Puccini, on the Capalbio side of Ansedonia. Respect local signs and keep entrances clear.

• A short walk from the beach parking; allow extra time to check the canal crossing.

From the SS1 Aurelia, take Ansedonia Sud (the second Ansedonia exit coming from Orbetello, the first coming from Capalbio) and follow signs towards the Tagliata beach.
From the beach, walk towards the Tagliata Etrusca canal below the headland. Follow its edge to the crossing, then continue along the path into the natural amphitheatre outside Spacco della Regina, where the climbing walls stand. The footbridge may be removed during nesting closures. If the crossing is absent or unsafe, do not attempt to cross on an improvised log.
⚠️ SEASONAL ACCESS:
Municipal Ordinance 36 of 25 February 2026 prohibited access to the protected amphitheatre from 1 March to 31 July 2026 for kestrel nesting. Check the current municipal ordinance and signs before visiting; the dates can change from year to year.
