Verdon is allways VERDON ! 150 m line climbed as 6 pitch.

After being in hospital last week for two days in Chamonix due to strong internal infection, I feel so,so, so happy to be back on my level again. Nice 14 m line, nice Place... :)

Partly negative 30m line but mainly with good handholds. Very nice line !

Small 2/3 p. 60m Multi-pitch in a sector new for us. a 2 and 3 star line. Good new bolting. Access path difficult to find.

3 Pitch , 80m. Long bolt distances and specially first part with some moss. Second pitch was nice climbing

First 6b+ after my akilles operation, I had and have no hunger to collect these on my tick list but it was a good day . Demanding begin.

apr. 110 m 4 pitch. combination between melodie arienne and a new line going until top of the crag.

apr.250 m Trad with some bolts. 11 Pitch ( we did it as 14 pitch) One big rock broke away when using it as hand hold - created a 8 m fall. No big injury but still 120m to climb. Partly difficult to find the right line. A lot of cross movements leading to a heavy rope. Had to make more achors then topo was given. Apr. 5-6 overhangs / roofs - most of them with trad gear, found the given grades beween 6a+...5c too low. For us a 8h climb. V3 topo and Rockfax gives different routings for the end.

150 m / 7 pitch. Combination between Cocoluche and Afin que Nul ne Meure

250 m 7 pitch. Chamonix . Climbing with a guide. Leena and me simutaniously with a small distance. Climbing on Fresh side decent in Switzerland. Fantastic route.

aps.200 m, Traditional / partly bolted. 5 pitch .Got lost after apr 20-30 m ended up with Basket Blues 6a+ and continued to halfway of Le Grand Parcours ( 5C) Walking down with Trace Noire. The first pitch real vertical climbing bolted but 4-5m between the bolts. No possibities to put own gear.

Tricky start, nice line.

New Multi-pitch line 200m (240 m inkl. traverse) 8/9 pitch Last pitch fantastic ! Walking down. Toulon, Destel, Grade face left side.

Multi Pitch 3 x apr.30m Access apr. 1 h from parking. 30 min stiff upphill. Partly assistance rops available.

Same feeling as onsighting some years ago. Tricky and fine 30m line.

90m 3 pitch. Nice climbing day with Jatta and Leena.

8 years since climbed this line - had a onsight feeling again - with good reason :)

Apr. 110 m , 3 pitch. A cold Multipich climbing day with +3 C when started. Route on shadow side. Altitude 1700m. Nice line as new it before .

Nice as before.

220 m 12 pitch - traditional - with some bolts. Combination of 3 variations: Malet, Super Malet and Malet Direct. First ascents in 1940, -42 and -55. High respect to those days climbers !

6b or 6b+. Left side can be wet but not really impacting the climbing. 12 m. Normal anchor on top.

6a+ or 6b ? 1 bolt at begin due to small part of "rapakivi" before the first ledge. . The rock AT THIS POINT is hard for hand and foot holds, but can be a risk for trad gear. Use therefore the bolt ! The rest is OK !

160 m / 4-5 Pitch. Traditional with some bolts. As nice as the first time. Now climbed with Jessi. ( Leena with Eva)

80 m. 2/3 pitch. This time with our Catalan friends. I climbed wit Jessica.

6 pitch 180 m , 6a max. Traditional (Montagne, Sexe, Fromage, Rock n'Roll) Long and difficult Access (2h) after a 2h drive + 5h climbing. a 13 h full day but best of this year !

Had climbed this line apr. 5 years ago -not pure- now the second time. Very small things for the first part, end 6a-6b climbing. Line graded as 6b+/c.

90 m Multi-Pitch line (6a+6a+6a+6a)with the start off A0 overhang. Continuing with left side 6a to the top.

On-sighted some years ago and now felt as it would be one again.

3 pitch, 90m. 6b,6b,6b.Took first the left side 6b and ended to a 4m roof section with 4 bolts A0, but over the roof it was not cleaned so traversed apr. 5-6m to this line also a 6b, a bit of "härdelli" again, but ended up with a nice line :)

apr.120-130 m line 3 pitch. Bolted, gneis, fantastic line!Neightbour line of Lunule Partie

4 pitch Multipitch apr. 160m in mountain area of mt.Canogou, sector Marialles. Trad line with some bolts and fixed slings

5.10d =6b+. apr. 26-27m line with easy to mid part.

140 m / 3pitch out of 200/5. Hardest and most difficult access ever. Climbing on this very sensitive granit slab was not easy. We felt most part should have been 6b. Very long bolt distance, average 4-5 m, longest 10m on a 5c+ pitch, lucky could put one camalot there - the only place you could use one.

Onsight climbed in 2008, 25 m of 6b+ from begin to end. Start to respect my early years climbings... :-)

My first 6b+ in 2007, not climbed since that, still a demanding and sencitive line.

180 m/ 6 pitch. Ruf start since after 60m abseil bypassing the anchor to a tree, then the rope was stuck, had to ATC climb 40m, then other climbers helpt the knot over the edge. Using here after only a simple fishermans knot insted of double used sofar. Nice line,rebolted and partly new grade now max 6a. First ascent 1970.

A difficult one for me since the first 3 bolts are very sencitive. Perhaps over the years 3rd lead, now finally successfull.23 m with partly fysical movements

The begin was not a success since we did not find the right/ safe access path to Pont del Llierca sector but here on Castel Espasa climbed 3 nice lines all 2-3 stars 30m lines. Good day at the end! :-)

90 m 6a+/6b/6a+ During the last 15 m no bolts to be found, nor the rigth anchor. Horror experince....

This is the "+" variation of the line graded as 7b/b+.32m line. Now Left side of the crux / bulge area.

First lead failed due to +26 C and sunshine, today clean by +9 C cloudy. Prefer something in between....

Hard but nice. At Cova des les Monges sector 20m.

Granit, sencitive

Nice 30 m line. Grade given as 6c+/7a. First bolt via right side line "Murri" 7a+ , since cruisual element missing it its own start. Variation agreed with route makers.

37 m fantastic climbing on small holds.

As nice as by onsinght!

115m +40m 4+1 pitch. First Trad/limited bolted 6b/6b+ (most part 5c-6a) Multipitch. Nice climbing even by decent the rope was stacked and had to ATC/brusic climb 40 m back to anchor... :(

38m and again fantastic line ( 6b+/6c). No own anchor as given, had to climb additionally 5 m on right side 6c, but this was also fine !

25m, fantastic line

First half is totally new 3m right from the old, rock has been taken down and a new addition crux has been created.

Nice 26m line with two "hemo tufa"

Good to have a warm upp line, after 800 stairs as access to Moon Hill. :-)

+33 C makes any line slightly slippery.

Sunny day and +34 c, lucky to have the bamboos as shadow for belaying and first 10 m climb.

Very demanding line, difficult and slightly risky start before the 1:st bolt at 4m.

90 m, 3 pitch. 6b,6b,6a. Filming during 2 last pitches , so they where not "pure"

120 m, 3 pitch, this time. +34 C....

The +27 C + sunside sector is not making climbing anyway easier, 4th line of the day and the best.

17 m, 3 bolts... No wonder since its on the Gorilla sector.

80 m. 3 pitch

Grade given as 7b/b+. Nice 32m line as first 7b. Why do I allways choose the hard lines with the crux at the last section...? :-)

30 m. 6a half way then rest "hänkkii..."

What a privilege to get this fantastic 30 m line as first 7a+. The first lead ended 20cm below the last essential grip :-( Second lead made it! :-)

Located at Bousquet sector. Begin and end "walking" ,mid part with 2-3 harder moves.

Overhanging start for 3 bolts, then smooth vertical climbing :-) Located in La Devenze sector

A physical 23 m line but a very nice one !

The line before Voyager.. 30 m not too physical but demanding fom 1:st m until the end.
