Contrivance in the big Nursing Home roof between "In Heat" and "Defib". Start with right hand in good slot jug (on left side of low feature, not all the way in the big slot far right). Left hand to 3 finger slot with point on left side of hold, right hand just out from this, swing your feet, right hand cross over move again to thin crimp, match, couple more moves to obvious point straight out from the start. Does top out!
