Is this the original Pipe Dreams (not Pipedreams)? Best single line I've seen in New England so far, yes better than the Speed boulder cuz that's a mess of stuff. Barely stuck the finish and struggled with the top out. Solo night session for some reasonable conditions, but still before the cool air really set in. V9, I'm not here for the vacay grades.
