Finally, you can feel the holds again, but at the expense of visibility. For this last reason, I did my first attempt on Tavana during the day, in the afternoon, in ridiculous conditions. So I took advantage of the opportunity to find betas. I found some holds already marked, although not all of them were useful. I didn't mark any more holds, and after sending it, I left the marks I found in case whoever placed them was still trying it. On the second attempt I forgot a small hole and fell off after just a few meters. The third attempt was successful, although it tested my endurance (and my eyesight). In fact, the route doesn't have a real crux and is rather homogeneous, without any good rests. Tavana, in Rovinj dialect, means horsefly. The route is so called because the holds "sting." Despite the route being a bit polished, the holds are still hostile.
