The bolt just above the roof is a little low, so that many ordinary sized karabiners will end up resting on the edge, significantly increasing the risk of it breaking when loaded. Tie off the bolt with a sling and/or use the bolt UNDER the roof.
One of the holds above the roof is it bit loose; it held when I pulled on it, but might break out at some point!
