Grabbing the first left handhold like a half crimp and the second left handhold like a pinch. The first right handhold becomes usable by opening up the right hip and shifting your center of mass to the right while sitting on the ground.
Although crazy polished this is still a very good boulder in the all time classic area Arrastradero.
